Added Web Build

Finally added a web build for this game - after almost 4 and a half years, I think?

I'm trying to make sure all of my games are playable on web (and I'm trying to reupload them on Newgrounds because why not - but it requires web builds and doesn't accept downloadable games) and this was the first game I hadn't a web build for. The only game left I haven't a web build for is Stranded, because for some reason I couldn't get a web build working at the time of the jam. In retrospect I thought I might have zipped it incorrectly, but once I went back and zipped it correctly the game showed nothing but a black screen and the custom cursor, so maybe something else is the problem? Still working on it at the time of writing...
