This was going be an entry to Cram Jam 2023 (a jam I randomly found when searching through jams on itch) but I missed the deadline >:c (think that's the first time it's happened to me in any jam where I didn't bail out halfway through)

It was kinda annoying because the game was literally building for Windows but then time ran out, but oh well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The initial idea was that you would jump to attack, only this ended up turning into "jump to enter a spin jump that infinitely auto-pogoes on spikes, and this spin jump can store a second normal jump".

I added a bit more levels after the jam, since there was barely any content in the jam version at all.

- WASD / Arrow keys to move

- Space to jump

- R to reset

The mechanic is original and feels very clean. I really wanted to do more levels when it all came to a stop:( I hope you make some more content;)

Very cool design and main mechanic, great aesthetic. Too bad you just missed the deadline, since this is an awesome game.
Feels like I should be able to bounce off wall spikes, or maybe that bouncing should require a little more skill, but could make a great platform/puzzler as is.

Yeah, I intended to make wall spikes knock you in a directional-wall-jumpish direction (if you know what I mean) and ceiling spikes knock you downwards, but I realized I'd need a separate tilemap for each one, so I scrapped it. (Might add it later today with some more content, or maybe tomorrow...)

I'm not on windows :(, but it looks absolutely PHENOMENAL! nice color palette, and I feel so bad that you missed the deadline!
